A Permanent Registry of Record

Quietly, and on your own

Protect your family without troubling a soul.

A handwritten will needs no witnesses — that is the law in Texas, not a shortcut. There is no afternoon spent asking relatives to sign, no conversation that forces anyone to picture a day that hasn’t come.

You write it in your own hand, photograph it, and record it here. The blockchain stands as your impartial witness — proof it existed, exactly as written — without a single person having to know. File the paper somewhere safe — and somewhere your family will think to look — keep your archive on a USB stick, and carry on.

Your family is provided for — and no one had to spend today worrying about tomorrow.

The Process

Three simple steps.

1

Step One

Photograph it

Lay your handwritten will flat in good light and take a clear photograph with your phone. You confirm every word is legible before anything else happens.

2

Step Two

We seal & record it

Your photograph is sealed with its own encryption key, then recorded on the blockchain — a permanent, tamper-proof record that it existed today, exactly as written, that no one can ever alter.

3

Step Three

Your family is provided for

Name the people who should receive your will. Upon a verified death certificate, we notify them and provide your recorded will — by email or phone.

Tamper-Proof & Impartial

A record no one can change — not even us.

The protection we offer is simple and absolute: an impartial, independent timestamp on a public blockchain. It proves your handwritten will existed exactly as you wrote it, on the day you recorded it — and that record cannot be altered by anyone, ever: not a relative, not an executor, not this company.

If a will is later tampered with, or a forged version surfaces, yours can be proven the genuine one.

In Mr. Jefferson’s tradition, a will in your own hand — now kept with proof that stands on its own, verifiable by anyone, at any time, for free.

In Plain English

What does “recorded on the blockchain” actually mean?

You don’t need to understand the technology to trust it — here is the whole idea in one breath:

Think of a public notary’s logbook that the whole world can read but no one can erase or rewrite. When we record your will, we don’t store the words — we store a unique fingerprint of your photograph and the exact date. From then on, anyone can check that fingerprint and see your will existed, unchanged, on that day. Change a single pen-stroke and the fingerprint no longer matches.

That’s all the blockchain is here: a permanent, public logbook that proves what and when — and that no one tampered with it after.

Record your will today.

Ten minutes now spares your family doubt later.
